1930: Hotel Adlon, Berlin

The Adlon, at Under den Linden, 1*, is briefly mentioned in Strangers' Journey. It will be mentioned in our next book as well. Opened in 1907 (and destroyed in 1945 OTL**), it was one of the most famous and luxurious hotels in Europe.
